Amanda Pryor, MA, LPC, LCPC
Amanda Pryor is the founder of Align Teletherapy & Consulting, a licensed therapist, approved clinical supervisor, behavioral health consultant, trainer, and clinical operations strategist with 16 years of experience.
Her background includes outpatient behavioral health, crisis services, psychiatric care, utilization management, clinical leadership, workforce development, clinical supervision, and private practice.
Amanda leads Align's consulting, training, and organizational development work while supporting a growing group practice of skilled therapists. Her approach is practical, compassionate, people-centered, and transformation-focused. She helps individuals understand the patterns keeping them stuck and helps organizations uncover the workflows and workplace conditions preventing their teams and programs from thriving.
